自保护药芯焊丝焊缝金属化学成分与性能的研究

摘    要:自保护药芯焊丝焊缝金属中氧、氮含量较高,而塑性、韧性较低。根据自保护焊接化学原理,分析了铝、钛等金属对脱氧和固氮的作用,研究 了适合自保护焊接合理的焊缝金属化学成分。

Abstract:The content of oxygen and nitrogen is higher in the weld seam of self-shielded flux cored wire and the descent of weld seam metal plasticity and toughness. According to the chemical metallurgy principle of self-shielded weld and the analysis on the deoxidization and nitrogen fixation of the metal such as aluminium, titanium,and etc.this paper analyzes the proper chemical composition for self-shielded weld.
