| 摘 要： | 运用系统仿真技术对物流系统进行研究的方法及工具有很多.利用Flexsim在对X公司吊钩的生产物流系统进行仿真的基础上,通过仿真结果的分析,找出该物流系统中的瓶颈问题并提出了改善方案;最后,利用Flexsim对改善后的物流系统进行仿真,并将仿真结果与改善前的仿真结果比较,验证优化后的模型能够提高生产效率.

| Abstract: | There are many methods and tools of the simulation of production logistics system.This paper uses Flexsim to do simulation.The bottleneck of the production logistics system is found by analyzing the simulation results.The solutions to the bottleneck problems are put forward.Finally,the improved production logistics system of hook is simulated in Flexsim.The effect of improved production logistics system is compared with the simulation results of unimproved production logistics system. |
