附着式振动器机座优化分析研究

摘    要:使用UG建立振动器机座三维模型,对模型进行简化后导入有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其进行模态分析和力学分析,得出机座各阶模态的固有频率和受力及位移分布情况,根据分析结果找出结构薄弱处提出优化方案,并对优化后的结构进行有限元分析比较,为该类产品优化设计提供参考依据.

Abstract:The 3-D parametric models of the form dresser vibrator are built by using UG software.The natural frequency and the distribution of the stress and displacement of the engine base through are achieved by analyzing the mode and mechanics characteristics of simplified model with ABAQUS software.According to the results of analysis the weak structure is found;optimization solution is proposed and a finite element analysis comparison for the optimized structure is made.It can provide evidence for the optimization design of this kind of products.
