绿色环保型纳米SiO2改性丙烯酸乳液的研究

摘    要:为了得到性能稳定的绿色环保丙烯酸复合乳液,将正硅酸乙酯在碱性条件下水解生成的纳米SiO2经过表面改性后引入到环境友好丙烯酸酯乳液中,制备了无机-有机纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液.探讨了其合成工艺条件对单体转化率及乳液稳定性的影响.结果表明:聚合温度为75℃,乳化剂用量为5%,引发剂用量为0.6%时,复合乳液单体转化率及稳定性综合效果较好.

Abstract:In order to obtain the environment-friendly acrylic emulsion with stable properties,the nano-SiO2 is produced from the hydrolysis of terrathyl orthosilicate(TEOS)under the alkaline conditions and introduced into the envirnoment-friendly acrylic emulsion after surface modification.The nano-SiO2/polyacrylate composite emulsion is successfully prepared.The effects of synthetic technology on monomer conversion and stability of emulsion are investigated in detail.The results show that,under the optimized conditions:the polymerization temperature is 75℃;emulsifier dosage is 5 wt%;the initiator is 0.6%;monomer conversion and comprehensive stability of the composite emulsion are better.
