摘    要:传统库存控制理论多将前置时间视为已知的常数或不可控制的随机变量,但是在企业实践中前置时间是可藉由增加赶工成本而缩短的,亦即前置时间是可以控制的,同时某些情况下欠拨折扣比例也是可以控制的.为此,针对在缺货期间缺货数量允许部份欠拨与部份不补的情况,建立了以前置时间与订购量为决策变量的混合库存模型,其中考虑赶工的固定成本与变动成本,并采用最小最大准则求解最小化期望总成本的最优前置时间与最优订购量.

Abstract:The traditional inventory control theory views lead time as known constant or random variable which is uncontrollable. But in business practice, lead time can be shorten by increasing crash costs, which means lead time canbe controllable. In view of the completely backlogged and partial backlogging in the pe- riod of be out of stock, the paper establishes a mixed inventory model with lead time and order quantity as decision variables, in which crash cost consists of fixed cost and variable costs. The paper uses minimax distribution free approach to solve the optimal lead time and optimal order quantity to minimize total cost. Finally, the pape proposes a numerical example to illustrate solution procedure.
