摘    要:采用硅油、淀粉和硅橡胶作为原材料,采用不同的比例和在不同的条件下,制备了两种类型电流变弹性体,并将其进行了力学性能实验测试.通过实验验证了电流变效应存在于电流变弹性体中,表明,它具有刚度可控的特征.电流变弹性体响应快速、可逆可控、稳定性好且不易沉降,将具有广泛的潜在工程应用前景.

Abstract:Two different kinds of ER elastomers are prepared by using siliconoil,starch and silicone rubber with different proportions and under different conditions, and their mechanical properties are measured. The electrorheological effect of ER elastomer is verified experimentally and the results show that the ER e- lastomers have properties of controllable stiffness. The ER elastomers are superior to ER fluids in sedi- mentation, coagulation, and stability of the particles. Furthermore, the ER elastomers are more flexible, light, and easily prepared. The ER elastomers have more potential application in engineering filed.
