深海集矿机路径监控系统研究

摘    要:为了确保深海集矿机安全作业和提高集矿效率,需要对集矿机的作业路径实现实时监控.提出由水上监控子系统、水下测控子系统及通信子系统三大模块构成的集矿机监控系统结构,并介绍了各子系统的硬件组成和主要功能.分析了集矿机作业时的行走特点,提出了基于位移累加法和长基线定位法的集矿机定位方法,设计了基于LabVIEW的水上监控子系统,实验表明论文设计的监控系统能可靠实现集矿机的路径监控.

Abstract:Deepsea miner route monitoring control system is essential to the miner working safety and improve mining efficiency.The structure of the miner route monitoring control system is proposed,which is composed of water monitoring control subsystem,underwater monitoring control subsystem and communication subsystem.The hardware configuration and main function of above subsystem are also introduced. The traveling characteristics of miner working are analyzed and the positioning method of miner based on displacement accumulation and long-base-line is proposed.Water monitoring control subsystem is designed,which is based on LabVIEW.Simulation experiment results show that the monitoring control system can realize miner route monitoring reliably.
