高锰钢堆焊焊条的研制及测试

摘    要:高锰钢应用广泛,具有明显的加工硬化效果.针对高锰钢堆焊及补焊,设计、试制了高锰钢耐磨堆焊焊条,并且对焊条的工艺性能和使用性能进行了测试研究.该焊条采用CaO-CaF2-TiO2碱性低氢型渣系,具有引弧好、稳弧好、吹力大、稳定性好、成型好、工艺性能稳定等优点.测试结果表明:焊条的工艺性能良好,加工硬化效果明显.
