| 摘 要： | 综述了近十年来葡萄籽中原花青素的提取、分离纯化方法和工艺的研究进展.提取方法主要包括传统的溶剂提取法、微波法、超临界CO2萃取法;分离纯化方法包括大孔树脂吸附法、超过滤法.这些方法为提取纯化葡萄籽中的原花青素,进一步分离得到单体提供有用的参考.

| Abstract: | In this paper,several kinds of extracting,purifying and separating technology of the proanthocyanidins from grape seed are introduced.The method of extraction mainly includes organic solvents extraction,microwave extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide.The method of separation and purification includes macroreticular resins and ultrafiltration extraction.These methods provide available reference for extracting,purifying and separating proanthocyanidins monomer from grape seed. |
