摘    要:本实验采用正交设计法对银线莲黄酮类化合物提取工艺参数进行优化.以黄酮提取率为指标,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取温度、萃取液比为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺.结果表明最佳提取工艺应为在80℃条件下提取,乙醇浓度90%,提取时间为2.0h,料液比1:20,萃取液用量为提取液的0.75倍,最后黄酮得率为1.697%.

Abstract:The objective is to optimize extracting process of flavonoids in Goodyera matsumurana by or- thogonal design. The extracting process is optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction efficien- cy of flavonoids as indexes. Ethanol concentration, extraction time, ratio of solid to liquid, extraction tem- perature and ratio of extract to liquid are inspected and the optimum extracting condition is determined by using orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimum extracting temperature is 80 ℃; ethanol concentration is 90%; time is 2.0 h; ratio of solid to liquid is 1 : 20; ratio of extract to liquid is 0.75. In the optimum condition, the flavonoids extraction efficiency from Goodyera matsumurana is 1. 697 %.
