多孔钨制取的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了烧结温度、粉末粒度、成形压力等工艺条件对多孔钨制品的总孔隙度、开孔率、抗弯强度等性能的影响,同时能制得总孔隙度30%以上,开孔率占总孔隙度95%以上,抗弯强度200 MPa以上的多孔钨材料制品.

Abstract:This paper studies the influence of technical conditions such as sintering temperature,powder partical size,forming pressure on capabilities such as totalporosity,percentage of opening and benging strength.According to this paper,porous tungsten wares whose totalporosity reaches to 30%,percentage of opening shares more than 95% of totalporosity and benging strength reaches to 200Mpa can be produced.
