微电机噪声信号的小波包分析与故障检测

摘    要:电机运转噪声中包含了电机状态的信息,分析了微电机的噪声源及噪声信号特征,基于最优小波包基和Donoho软阈值消噪方法对一组微电机标准信号和故障信号进行了消噪处理,比较低频信号成分的功率谱得出故障特征频率,从而确定电机故障,结果表明该方法能有效实现对电机的故障检测.

Abstract:The noise from the running motor reveals its state.This paper analyzes the noise source and signal features of micro-motor.The noises of standard signal and fault signal of micro-motor are eliminated based on best wavelet packet group and Donoho soft-threshold denoising method.The fault characteristic frequency is confirmed by comparing the two power spectra of low frequency signal and the faults of the motor are inferred.The result shows that this method is an effective way of detecting the motor faults.
