摘    要:食品科学专业课教师上课时普遍感觉学生缺乏学习兴趣,通过分析引起此现象的原因,从教材选用、教学方法、教师三个方面探讨了提高学生学习兴趣的方法。重点从教师课堂教学的角度,将情景教学法、问题教学法、类别教学法及互动教学法等运用于教学实践,极大地增强了学生的学习兴趣,提高了课堂教学的效率。

Abstract:Lacking of studying interest is a common phenomenon in learning courses of food science and engineering at universi-ties.The reasons of this phenomenon were analyzed, and the strategies of stimulating studying interest of students are proposed from three aspects of textbook, teaching method and teacher personality.The teaching examples of the situational method, problem-based method, analogy method and interactive methods were particularly discussed, through which students'interest in learning was greatly enhanced, and thus the efficiency of teaching was improved.
