| 摘 要： | 本文研究温度、时间、液固比3项因素对中药大蓟中提取多糖的影响,并利用正交实验对该提取工艺进行了优化,结果表明:提取温度95 ℃,提取时间2 h,液固比20:1为最佳提取工艺.

| Abstract: | The influence of extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction rate of polysaccha-rides in Cirsium japonicum DC. is studied. We optimize the extraction process with orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows:95 ℃, 2 h and 20: 1. |
