| Abstract: | Concerning on the basic level school's track and field training, we put forward an odd-numbered and even-numbered periodic training plan.When we carry out the plan, we should make the volume of sports and strength scientific and reasnable.At the same time we must adjust training plan on time according to the control of training process. |
