| 摘 要： | 对不同温度和pH值下草履虫种群增长的研究表明,温度对草履虫Logistic增长实验结果的影响较大,pH值在一定的范围内没有影响;最适宜的温度条件为22℃左右,最适宜的初始pH值为7。

| Abstract: | According to the research of Paramecium population's growth under the different temperature and the pH value,in Paramecium Logistic growth experiment,the influence of temperature on the result is more obvious while pH value has almost no influence in the certain scope.The most suitable temperature is about 22℃,and the most suitable initial pH is 7 for Paramecium Logistic growth experiment. |
