| 摘 要： | 光子晶体材料是一种由不同电介质周期性分布而形成的人工材料,在自然界中存在较少。光子晶体具有光子禁带,对光具有局域作用,可用于制造高品质光纤、高功率激光器、带阻滤波器、高效率天线等,应用前景非常诱人,但现在大规模进入民用还有许多关键技术等待人们去解决。
