乙酸乙酯合成方法的改进

摘    要:用传统方法制取乙酸乙酯存在以下缺点:有乙醚,乙烯,二氧化硫,乙醛等副产物产生;有机溶剂容易碳化;需要加热到一定温度。鉴于传统方法存在以上缺点,采用乙酰氯代替乙酸作为原料,不使用任何催化剂,不加热,常温反应来合成乙酸乙酯。该方法副反应少,产率高达到60.2%,反应时间缩短,不需要用溶剂,能耗降低,产品的纯化操作较简单。

Abstract:Traditional method to synthesize ethyl acetate has the following disvantages: there will be by-products such as ether,ethylene,acetylene and sulphur dioxide;organic solvent will be carbonized;it needs to heat.Because of all these disvantages acetylchloride is used to react with absolute ethyl alcohol and synthesize ethyl acetate.Compared with traditional methods,it has some advantages: no catalyst is needed;no need to heat;no solvent is needed and the rate of production has reached 60.2% and the operation of experiement is easy to carry out.
