| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料和逻辑分析的方法对排球运动技术、战术和球队指导思想等三个方面的发展与演变进行了探讨,提出排球运动发展的基本规律是从攻防的不平衡到平衡再到不平衡的转化过程中不断发展的,遵循这一基本规律将促进排球运动的发展。

| Abstract: | This essay is focusing on the moving techniques tactics and the guiding thoughts of volleyball team,employing logical analysis and certain reference materials.The basic principle of volleyball's development is from the imbalance between offensive and defensive to balance,then again to imbalance.This changing process is good for the advocating and development of volleyball in the long run. |
