| 摘 要： | 石蒜属植物具有较大的资源开发与利用价值。本文对石蒜中多糖的提取工艺进行研究,结果表明最佳工艺条件为:热水浸提,浸提温度90℃,浸提时间2h,浸提液固比为50:1,浸提次数两次。

| Abstract: | Lycoris radiate is worthy of develpment of resource and has great value of utilization. This paper has made a study on the extraction technique of lycoris radiate. According to the results,we got the best conditions:extracting by water at 90℃ for 2hr,50:1 of proportion of adding water and extraction 2 twice. |
