水芹对生活污水的净化效应研究

摘    要:为探寻水芹(Oenanthe decumbens Thunb.K.Pol)对生活污水的净化效果,取高、低两种浓度的生活污水,用无土栽培法培养水芹,分别在10天和20天后测定污水中CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN和TP的含量,计算相应的去除率和去除量。结果表明:水芹在两种浓度的生活污水中都能较好地生长,对5种污染物都有明显的去除效果,去除率和去除量随着培养时间的增长显著增加;在相同的时间内,去除率低浓度下的大于高浓度下的,但去除量却是高浓度下的明显大于低浓度下的;就净化效率来说,水芹对高浓度生活污水的更高。水芹可作为生活污水治理生态工程中的修复植物。

Abstract:To research effect on domestic sewage purification of cress(Oenanthe decumbens thunb.k.pol),we cultivate it in two types of sewage(high concentration and low concentration) with soilless culture method,test the content of CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN and TP after 10 days and 20 days,and compute the removal rate and the removal amount.The results show that the cress can grow better in two types of sewage,removal effect on five types of contaminants is obvious,the removal rate and the removal amount increases significantly with the increase of culture time during the same culture time.Moreover,the removal rate in low concentration is higher than in high concentration,while the removal amount in high concentration is obviously higher then in low concentration.As far as depurative efficiency is concerned,the cress is higher in the high concentration of sewage.It can be used as restore plant in the sewage treatment ecological engineering.
