| 摘 要： | 影响房地产价格的因素具有不确定性和模糊性,确定某房地产项目的定价方案和客观有效的制定销售价格策略常常是比较困难的,因此,采用模糊层次分析法,对房地产价格的影响因素进行定量分析,为房地产价格的研究提供可比较的依据。另外,为解决根据问题所构造的模糊判断矩阵不是模糊一致矩阵的情况,提出了对元素按算术平均进行综合而将其调整为模糊一致判断矩阵的简便方法。
