摘要：	以CoCl2.6H2O为原料,在一定条件下由Co(NH3)5Cl]Cl2制备两种键合异构体Co (NH3)5NO2]Cl2和 Co(NH3)5ONO]Cl2.用红外光谱仪对所合成的两种配合物键合异构体的结构进行测定,得出相关特征吸收峰波数与标准物的理论值相吻合.

Synthesis and Determining of the Infrared Spectrum for The Link Isomerases [Co (NH3)5NO2]Cl2 and [Co(NH3)5ONO]Cl2

Abstract:	we synthesis the two link isomerases: Cl2 and Cl2 under acertain condition with CoCl2.6H2O.Determining the construction of the two link isomerases by infrared spectrum apparatus, we get that the related peak values of the characteristic absorption peak are identical with the theoretical ones.
