基于MCGS组态软件的PID液位控制

摘    要:以THJ-2高级过程控制实验装置为基础,采用串级PID控制方法设计建立了双容水箱的数学模型,构成了以上水箱液位为副参数、下水箱液位为主参数的液位串级控制系统,在组态软件MCGS中进行了实现,实验测试结果表明,系统实现了对过程参数的无稳态误差控制,具有良好的稳态性能和动态性能。

Abstract:The model of the double water tank is established based on the THJ-2 Advanced Process Control System Test Device and the cascade PID control method.The cascade control system of liquid level is designed in which the liquid level of upper water tank is assistant parameter and the liquid level of nether water tank is main parameter and it is realized in the configuration software MCGS.The result of experiment indicates that the system has not static error and has good stability and dynamic performance.
