摘    要:本文依据公路客车车身骨架焊接组件残余应力分布规律的试验分析,车身骨架的受力分析及疲劳源分析,提出利用焊接残余应力提高结构承载力和使用寿命的办法。同时还提供了用振动时效消除骨架组件焊接残余应力以及对公路客车车身骨架焊接组件没有必要消除焊接残余应力的依据。

Abstract:On the basis of the residual stress analysis for the welding components of bus body frames, the force analysis, and the fatigue source analysis, the means of making use of the welding residual stress is presented in this pape. Thus the allowable strength of the structure can be increased and the service life can be prolonged. At the same time, this study provides the way of the removal of the welding residual stress from frame components by the vibratory time effect and argues that there is no necessity for removal of welding residual setress from bus body frames, specially.
