摘    要:以Ti、Al和C粉为原料,采用XRD、SEM方法研究压坯压力、保护气氛以及不同Al质量分数对自蔓延燃烧合成Ti3AlC2的影响.结果表明,在150 MPa压力下的试样生成主晶相Ti3AlC2,且其质量分数明显高于过高和过低压力下的试样.其他实验条件相同时氩气保护更有利于主晶相Ti3AlC2的生成.Ti/C=1.5时,Ti3AlC2的衍射峰强度随着原料中Al质量分数的增加而加强.

Abstract:Effects of green pressing pressure,Ar protection atmosphere and mass-fractional of Al on self-propagating combustion synthesis of Ti3AlC2 were studied by using Ti,Al and C powders as raw materials.The result showed that,when the pressure was 150 MPa,the main phase of combustion-synthesized products was Ti3AlC2 and its mass-fractional was remarkably greater than that of samples with higher or lower pressing pressure.Ar protection atmosphere was beneficial to the finished stocks of Ti3AlC2.When the molar ratio of titanium to carbon were equal to 1.5,the diffraction peak intensity of Ti3AlC2 increased in direct ratio with mass-fractional of Al in the raw material.
