| Abstract: | The problem of m th order walsh spectra of Boolean functions is investigated by means of probabilistic method. The probabilistic expression of m th order Walsh spectra of Boolean functions is given for the first time. Employing probabilistic method, the properties of m th order Walsh spectra of Boolean functions and the necessary and sufficient condition of mutual independence of Boolean function with an m th order Boolean function are also given. |
