冲天炉熔炼过程控制方法的研究

摘    要:本文分析了目前国内冲天炉熔炼过程所使用的控制方法的特点,提出了新的更加适用于冲天炉熔炼过程的控制方法。认为首先使用自寻优的控制方法寻找出冲天炉熔炼初期的最优点,继而转用动态寻优加自校正的控制方法,可以使冲天炉始终运行在最优状态,这样能够提高铁水出炉温度,降低铸件废品率。

Abstract:In this paper,the properties measures for controlling the melting process in cupola used recently in this country are analysed and then a new self-adaptive control method more suitable for melting process in the cupola is given. That is,according to the cupola operation chart,first find out the optimal point based on the self-optimizing control method,then use dynamic optimizing control and self-aligning control method to control the melting process in cupola making the cupola operate optimally all the time. The temperature of the melted iron can be raised and the rate of reject can be reduced.
