基于DSM的协同设计过程规划方法

摘    要:围绕产品协同设计过程中协同任务的定耦与解耦问题,将整个项目划分为粗粒度规划和细粒度规划两大阶段.根据图论中的路径搜索法构建强连通图,并将其向矩阵映射,建立强连通矩阵,从而确定出耦合任务集,完成粗粒度规划;考虑任务间灵敏性和可变性对其相互影响的程度,提出用改进的结构灵敏度分析法对耦合任务集解耦,确定出任务组内各任务的执行顺序.以车身产品设计过程的案例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性.
