探讨了虚拟设计中公差与配合的检验和分析方法.根据国家标准规定的标准公差及优先配合建立了参考数据库,提出了公差与配合检验的准则.通过检索参考数据库对公差与配合进行检验,对不合理的公差给出修改建议,然后根据生产实际选用最坏分析法或统计分析法对尺寸/公差链进行分析.若不符合设计要求则进行百分比贡献分析,并对百分比贡献较大的尺寸公差提出修改建议.

Test and analysis method of tolerance and fit in virtual designing

The method for test and analysis of tolerance and fit in virtual designing was probed into.Reference data-base was established on the basis of standard tolerance and preferred fit stipulated by national standards.The rules for tolerance and fit test were proposed,and the both were tested by searching the data-base.The advice was then given for modifying the unreasonable tolerance which fall short of design are tolerance and fit.Then,the dimensional and tolerance chain was analysed by means of worst situation analysis method or statistic analysis method according to the practical situation of production.The percentage contribution analysis was conducted when the design requirements were not satisfied with and the advice was presented for modifying the tolerance which has a larger percentage contribution.
