| 摘 要： | 在深入研究圆弧齿轮滚切成形原理的基础上，推导出圆弧齿轮盘形刀具齿形计算公式，明确了盘形刀具齿形计算的关键是共轭接触条件方程的求解，从而进一步论述了圆弧齿轮盘形刀具共轭条件方程求解的新方法。

| Abstract: | On the basis of deep-studying the shaping-principle of arc-gear hobbling,a calculation formula wof teeth profile of disc cutter for arc-gear is derived.The key to the formula derivation is solving an equation of conjugate-contact condition.A new way to solve this equation is discussed. |
