摘    要:对路面用钢纤维混凝土材料的弯曲疲劳进行了试验研究.应用疲劳寿命统计学理论确定了路面用钢纤维混凝土材料弯曲疲劳寿命符合两参数威布尔分布,建立了考虑存活率的P lgS lgN双对数疲劳方程及P S lgN单对数疲劳方程.对路面用钢纤维混凝土材料在循环荷载作用下的弯曲疲劳变形和抗折弹性模量衰减规律进行了研究.结果表明,路面用钢纤维混凝土材料的抗弯性能和弯曲疲劳寿命明显高于普通混凝土材料.

Abstract:The flexural fatigue property of steel fiber reinforced concrete material for the pavement surface stratum is investigated experimentally. Using fatigue life statistics theory, it is found that the fatigue life of steel fiber reinforced concrete is suited to the Weibull distribution with two parameters. Then, the fatigue equations in both the double-logarithm and single logarithm forms are established. The flexural deformation behaviors and the degradation law of the breaking resistant elasticity modulus during flexural fatigue process are studied. The results show that the flexure resistant property and the fatigue life of steel fiber reinforced concrete is much more nicer than that of common concrete.
