摘    要:为了研究蜡式恒温阀中感温石蜡的调配规律,对十八烷与二十烷以不同比例制得的混合物的熔点和膨胀率进行测试.采用数字熔点仪和显微熔点仪对混合物进行熔点测量,混合物膨胀率则使用膨胀率测定装置进行测量.同时又基于膨胀特性对优化感温蜡的调配规律进行研究.研究结果表明,以高碳数烷烃为主加入较少量低碳数烷烃调配而成的石蜡有较理想的膨胀率,更适合应用于蜡式恒温阀.

Abstract:To study the blending pattern of temperature-sensing paraffin used in paraffin-type constant-temperature valves,the melting point and expansion ratio of mixed samples of eicosane and octadecane with different proportion were tested.The melting point of mixtures was measured by digital instrument of melting point and microscopic instrument of melting point, and expansion ratio of mixtures were tested by using its measurement device.Meantime,the blending pattern of the optimized temperature-sensing paraffin was also investigated on the basis of its expansion characteristics.It was found from investigation results that the paraffin with ideal expansion ratio would be obtained by means of mixing a compound with high-carbon alkane as its major composition and low-carbon alkane as its minor portion,more suitable for its application in paraffin-type constant-temperature valves.
