宽带极高速堆焊烧结焊剂的研制

摘    要:介绍了利用正交试验法确定焊剂最佳配方的实验方法,提出了解决堆焊层含铌量不足和脱渣性较差的措施,所研制的4种焊剂HD-3,HD-4,HD-5和HD-6分别适合于75mm,120mm宽带极高速堆焊的过渡层和表面层堆焊,具有堆焊工艺性好、吸潮性小和堆积比重小等特点.参照热壁加氢反应器生产标准进行了物理、化学和机械性性能等试验,结果表明:这些焊剂在高速宽带极堆焊过程中完全满足工艺性能要求,堆焊层机械性能和化学成分均能满足压力容器生产标准要求。

Abstract:The method of determining the optimal compositions of fluxes by means of or-thogenal test is presented.An improving measure for the insufficiency of element Nb in theoverlay and worse detachability are introduced.Four kind of fluxes HD-3 ,HD-4,HD-5 andHD-6 developed are found to be suitable for first layer and surface layer in the high-speedsurfacing with 75 mm and 120 mm strips, respectively.Furthermore,there are other advan-tages exhibited by these fluxes,such as the better welding process,smaller wettability,lighter specific gravity of flux heap,and so on.The testes for physical,chemical,aid me-chanical propertise are carried out according to the production standards of the hydrogenfilled reactor and it is found that these fouxes meet completely the requirements of high-speedsurfacing with broad strip in regard to technological,mechanical,and chemical properties.
