拉伸载荷下环形切口试件的应力集中系数

摘    要:按照切口尖端半径、切口深度和切口张角,对切口进行分类.根据特殊情况下的精确解和一般情况下的数值结果,利用最小二乘法,拟合了拉伸载荷下具有环形切口圆杆的应力集中系数的计算公式.该公式可以计算具有各种环形切口圆杆的应力集中系数,精度高,误差不超过1%,使用方便.利用该公式计算了切口的应力集中系数.

Stress concentration factor of specimen with annular notch under tensile load

Abstract:The notches are classified into several types according to their tip radius,depth and open angle of the notch.The formulae of stress concentration factor of annular notched specimen under tensile load are obtained by means of least-square method based on accurate solution in specific case and numerical solution in common case.The stress concentration factor of any notched specimen can be calculated using these formulae with high precision,less error as only 1%,and convenience in use. Finally,the stress concentration factors of different notches are calculated by using these formulae.
