型钢轻骨料混凝土梁抗弯承载力计算

摘    要:基于简单叠加法,考虑型钢对混凝土的约束,提出型钢轻骨料混凝土梁抗弯承载力的改进叠加法计算公式.改进叠加法在混凝土承载力项中引入了混凝土抗弯承载力修正系数αrc.对8个型钢轻骨料混凝土梁和8个型钢普通混凝土梁的抗弯承载力修正系数进行分析,分析结果表明:当总含钢率与纵筋配筋率的比值在3.4%~10.8%时,αrc和该比值成正比,αrc的范围为1.0~2.0,改进的公式和钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力计算公式相衔接.试验结果对比表明:改进叠加法具有足够的精度,同时适用于型钢轻骨料混凝土梁和型钢普通混凝土梁.

Abstract:Based on the simple superposition method and taking account of the constrained concrete by profile steel,a computational formula of flexural strength of profile steel reinforced lightweight aggregate beams was proposed with improved superposition method,where a correction coefficient αrc of flexural capacity was introduced into the term of flexural capacity.The correction coefficients for eight profile steel reinforced lightweight concrete beams and eight common steel reinforced concrete beams were analyzed.Its result showed that αrc was proportional to the ratio of overall steel content rate to the rate of longitudinal reinforcement steel when this ratio ranges from 3.4% to 10.8%.In this case the αrc would be from 1.0 to 2.0.The improved method could be connected with flexural capacity formula of reinforced concrete beams.In was shown by the comparison of experimental result that the improved superposition method had enough accuracy and was suitable for both the profile steel reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete beams and common steel reinforced concrete beams.
