摘    要:针对304不锈钢研制了由B_2O_3,MnO,Fe_2O_3,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,TiO_2,Cr_2O_3和NaF等组成的A-TIG焊活性剂.分析了各单一活性剂对焊接熔深的影响规律,在此基础上结合304不锈钢的合金元素系统,确定了活性剂的基本组成成分.利用正交试验法对多组元配方进行了研究,得出了各组元质量分数变化对焊接熔深的影响规律,所得到的配方可使焊接熔深增加2倍多,并将8 mm厚的不锈钢钢板对接一次焊透.

Abstract:A kind of activating flux composed of B2O3, B_2O_3,MnO,Fe_2O_3,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,TiO_2,Cr_2O_3 and NaF for welding of stainless steel is developed. The influencing pattern of individual component on the penetration of weld is analyzed also. Based on the above investigation and the feature of alloy element system of stainless steel, the prime composition of activating flux is determined. The multicomponent formula is derived by using the method of crosscut experiment , by which the plates of 8 mm thick can be weld in a single pass without groove preparation. the penetration has been doubled or even more.
