摘    要:采用硅酸钠体系溶液,制备镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层.研究电解液温度对镁合金微弧氧化起弧电压、陶瓷层厚度以及微弧氧化膜层表面形貌的影响.结果表明,随着电解液温度的升高,镁合金微弧氧化的起弧电压降低,陶瓷层厚度和膜层上孔洞的尺寸增大.适当地升高电解液的温度可以提高生产效率,但是电解液的温度不能过高,否则会影响膜层的质量.

Abstract:Ceramic coating was prepared for magnesium alloy with micro-arc oxidation in sodium silicate solution.The effect of electrolyte temperature on the sparking voltage,coating thickness,and ceramic coating surface morphology was investigated.The result showed that,as the electrolyte temperature increased,the sparking voltage decreased,the ceramic coating thickness and diameters of cavities in ceramic coating increased.Appropriate increase of the electrolyte temperature could increase production efficiency,However,if the electrolyte temperature was excessively high,the quality of ceramic coating would be deteriorated.
