摘    要:对渐开线齿形活齿传动的设计问题,提出中心轮可直接选用正移距修正内齿轮,激波凸轮或双相凸轮的齿形廓线可采用多项式—变形渐开线—圆弧构成的复合曲线。采用解析法包括相似变换法推导出了与内齿轮相应的激波凸轮或双相凸轮的理论廓线及实际廓线方程。

Abstract:The prolem of transmission design for the sliding invilute Cogs is Studied in this paper. The conclusions are that the fixed wheel may select the modified inner -fears on the dirext shift, and that hte Compression ware -cams or binary -bladed cams may use complex profiles composed of polynomial curve, modified curve of involute, and arc segment. By means of the analytics with the algorithm of the similarity tramsformation, the expressions of theoretical and practical profiles of cams corresponding to the fixed inner -gears have been derived.
