摘    要:将最小方差预报控制方法与模糊控制方案相结合提出了一种基于最小方差预报的自调整比例因子FUZZY控制算法,将新算法对合成氨控制过程进行了仿真研究,表明本文提出的新算法具有鲁棒性强、系统控制量幅值小及变化平稳等优点,能较好地解决工业控制过程中存在的时滞现象及时滞不稳定现象.

Abstract:The control method with least-square prediction and the program of FUZZYcontrol being combined,a FUZZY control algorithm with self-adjusting scale factor besed onthe least-square prediction is advanced in this paper.A simulation of the synthetic process ofthe anmonia is conducted by means of this new algorithm and it is shown that the algorthmpresented has a series of advantages such as stronger robustness,smaller amplitude of con-trolled variable,and smooth change of controlled variable,The problems of time delay and itsunstability occurred during industrial controlling can then be resolved fairly well.
