常温低锌磷化液的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种常温低锌磷化液的配方及其在低碳钢表面的成膜机理 ,讨论了磷化液中各组分的作用、用量和工艺参数对膜性能的影响 .结果表明 ,该磷化液溶液稳定且配制简单、成本低廉、沉渣少、成膜速度快且磷化膜耐蚀性能好 .

Abstract:The formulation of a kind of phosphating solution containing low concentration of zinc ion at room temperature and the mechanism of its film formation on the surface of low carbon steel are introduced. The roles and the amount of the components of phosphating solution as well as the influence of technical parameters on the phosphating coating are discussed. It is shown that the phosphating solution is stable and has such characteristics as being easily prepared, low cost, less sludge and higher film formation rate. The phosphating coating formed with this solution has good corrosion resistance.
