摘    要:引入层次分析法,研究工程材料评价指标权重的确定.通过构建评价指标的层次结构,结合定性分析和定量分析,对指标间的相对重要性作出判断,构造判断矩阵,建立了层次分析法模型.以低温存贮罐用材为例,从功能性角度出发,选择7种评价指标,研究该模型在工程材料评价指标权重确定中的应用.一致性检验结果表明,所得低温存贮罐材料7种评价指标的权重合理、准确.层次分析法使得评价指标权重的确定更加科学,合理,是工程材料评价指标权重确定的一种有效方法.

Abstract:Analytic hierarchy procedure was used to determine the weighing values for assessment index of engineering materials.Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis for establishing the hierarchy structure of assessment indexes,a judgment on the relative importance of assessment indexes was made,a criterion matrix constructed,and an AHP model established.Taking the material of storage tank at low temperature as an example,seven kinds of assessment indexes were selected in view of their function,and the application of this model in determination of weighing values for assessment indexes of engineering materials was investigated.The result of consistence examination showed that the weighing values of seven kinds of assessment indexes of storage tank material at low temperature were reasonable and accurate.AHP method made it more scientific and reasonable to determine the weighing values of assessment indexes,and it was an effective method to determine the weighing values for assessment index of engineering materials.
