微机数控车床断屑加工方法的探索

摘    要:本文提出并经实践验证了一种可应用于数控车床的断屑加工方法。将恒速进给运动改变成周期性变速进给运动,从而使车屑呈短节型而避免了缠绕工件的现象。该方法适用于任何产生连续切屑的加工类型。

Abstract:A method of chip-breaking, which is the key problem for application of NC lathe, is preseted in this paper. By applying it to turning steel works on NC lathe, tadpole-like chips ( broken spiral-conical chips with each a short tail ) are formed and hence chips' wrapping on works is avoided. This method can be employed in any machining process in which contineous chips form.
