摘    要:在液压差动回路中,通过对非对称比例阀控制非对称液压缸往复运动时静态速度特性的仿真分析,揭示了负载力和差动缸面积比对往复运动速度差异的规律及其影响.在此分析基础上,根据生产中往复运动速度相等的要求,分别针对开环系统和闭环系统,提出了速度特性的补偿方法,满足了控制性能和生产实践的要求.

Abstract:Simulation analysis of static velocity characteristics in a hydraulic differential circuit with asymmetric proportional valves to control the reciprocating motion of asymmetric hydraulic cylinders is conducted,and the influence of the ratio of load to area of differential cylinder on the velocity variation of reciprocating motion as well as the variation pattern are revealed.On the basis of this analysis and according to the operational requirement that the velocity of reciprocating motion should be identical,a compensation method of velocity characteristics is advanced for open-looped system and close-looped one,respectively,so that the both requirements of controlling characteristics and operational practice are satisfied.
