太阳能半导体空调的实验研究与数值模拟

摘    要:试制了一种风冷散热的太阳能半导体空调实验样机,并对其在不同工作电流下的性能进行了测试,得到了空调样机在不同运行工况下的运行参数;同时对空调样机进行了数值模拟,并与实验结果相比较,两者能很好的吻合.通过对实验和数值模拟结果方法的总结和比较,分析了热电系数、风量、工作电流等不同参数对空调样机性能的影响.分析结果表明,该数值模拟方法可为太阳能半导体空调的优化设计提供除采用实际测试外的另一种方法,节省了设计时间和经费.

Abstract:A prototype of wind-cooled semiconductive air-conditioning was trial-produced and its performance was tested with different working currents, so that its operational parameters were obtained for different operational conditions. In the meantime, the numerical simulation of the prototype was performed, also. Its result was compared with that of experiment, showing good agreement with each other. By means of summarizing and comparing the method and result of both the experiment and numerical simulation, the influence of thermoelectric coefficient, ventilation capacity, and working current on the performance of the prototype was analyzed. It was shown by the analysis result that the numerical simulation method used in this paper could provide other method than practical testing for optimization designing solar semiconductive air-conditioning, so that the time-consumption and cost could be saved for the designing.
