摘    要:介绍机构运动分析与误差分析的向量环路线性规划法,分析运用运动分析灵敏度进行误差分析的可能性,提出在机构误差分析模型中用基本运动连接元素(运动副)对尺寸误差进行等价替换,使误差分析向量环路线性规划法在ADAMS中实现.分析仿真过程中在误差等价替换运动连接中引入虚拟速度并逐一进行单步仿真,从而提取误差灵敏度.结果表明,误差分析的等价运动连接替换法实现了计算机辅助分析,解决了向量环路分析计算量繁琐的弊端,使机构误差分析简易可靠.

Abstract:A linear programming method of vector loop used in the analysis of mechanism motion and its error was introduced,the possibility of using the sensitivity of kinematic analysis for error was analyzed,and it was proposed for the error analysis model of the mechanism to make equivalent substitution for the dimensional error with basic kinematic joint element(kinematic pair) and as well to implement the linear programming method of vector loop for error analysis within the ADAMS.It was analyzed to introduce a virtual velocity into the error equivalent substitution of kinematic joint in the process of simulation and to conduct single-step simulation,so that the error sensitivity was extracted.The result showed that,with the equivalent substitution method of kinematic joint for error analysis,its computer-aided analysis was realized and the malady of tedium and complexity with the analysis and computation of the vector loop was eliminated,making the error analysis of the mechanism simple,easy,and reliable.
