摘    要:提出一种电机内嵌叶片泵的液压电机泵结构,液压叶片泵的泵芯插装在电机转子的内部空间,电机转子内部还设置一个孔板离心泵以增强叶片泵的吸油能力,利用电机内部的油流对电机进行冷却,具有结构紧凑、噪声低、效率较高、无外泄漏等优点.由于液压油具有黏性且电机气隙较小,工作时气隙油膜受到剪切作用会产生负载效应,采用环形缝隙黏性流动模型和电磁场有限元分析方法,对电机气隙及油液黏度对电机泵效率的影响进行解析.研究结果表明,气隙适当增大时,可以提高电机泵的效率,有利于电机和液压泵的集成.

Abstract:A design of hydraulic electro-motor pump was proposed,where the heart of vane pump was integrated inside the rotor of electro-motor.A port-plate centrifugal pump was set inside the rotor to improve the suction performance of the vane pump.The cooling of the electro-motor was implemented by the oil flow in the hydraulic electro-motor pump.The hydraulic electro-motor pump showed many advantages such as compact dimension,lower noise,higher efficiency and zero external leakage as compared to traditional fluid p...
