摘    要:建立一套用于旁路耦合电弧MIG焊接的实验系统,运用LabVIEW编写旁路电弧MIG焊多路电流电压、电弧图像的采集程序,实现焊接电流、电压高速采集,实时显示及存储功能.根据采集得到的实验数据,分析在不同焊接旁路电流输出下,焊接电弧图像、电流电压同步采集过程中电流与电压数值关系及电弧形态.同步过程电流电压数值关系和电弧形态.研究结果表明,旁路电弧MIG焊接过程电流电压信号稳定,焊缝成型质量好,符合旁路耦合电弧理论关系.
