| 摘 要： | 就真空实型铸造涂料中的组分耐火骨料、粘结剂、悬浮剂和添加剂等四因素进行了三水平的正交试验（Ｌ９３４）．研究了各组分对强度、透气性等性能的综合影响，确定了一组可用于生产的涂料配方．

| Abstract: | Three level crosscut experiment (L 93 4) on the four factors of the composition of the coating used for vacuum evaporative pattern casting, which are refractory aggregate, binder, suspension agent and additive, is conducted. Their comprehensive influences on the strength and permeability of the coating are investigated and a set of coating ingredient is determined which can be employed in the production. |
