炼化加热炉角焊缝开裂原因的探讨

摘    要:通过结构应力和温度应力的分析,提出炼化力。热炉炉底处纵向角焊缝开裂的主要原因是该处存在严重的应力集中。为了避免焊缝开裂,应修改加热炉的支承结构,使工作焊缝转化为不承受结构应力的联系焊缝。

Abstract:It was put forward through the structural and thermal stress ai1alysis that thecracks of fillet welds near the bottom of the petrochemical heating furnace could be attributed to the heavy stress concentration at these positions.The suggestion was proposed to changethe bearing structure of the furnace, so as to transform the strength welds into the connec-tive welds free from the structural stresses.
